The
xFORUMs + Dinners by IBEN –are those xFORUMs that meet a specific objective. The xFORUMs target a specific goal and
objective for instance the ‘HR Scouting Dinners’ are those dinners where talents present their cases and themselves
and scouters present their opportunity
to the house. (Note – most xFORUMs are
full day events which move in to Dinners)

full house dinner meet would ideally have 40 participants and follows the following

participant is given a slot for a 7 minute presentation to present their
opportunity or themselves as prospective candidates for a job, assignment,
project, partnership among others.
It
